1. Scope and Our Commitment

Al Firdaws Media respects the privacy of its users, clients and partners. We handle data responsibly and transparently, and only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate our systems, protect accounts, support users and improve service quality.

2. Information We May Collect

When you contact us or request a service, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, message subject, message content, contact details and professional information needed to handle your request.

Our systems may also process limited technical information required for operation, security and abuse prevention, such as request time, browser type, session information, network address and security or error logs.

3. Google, YouTube and YouTube API Services

Al Firdaws Media uses YouTube API Services within its channel-management and publishing platform. Google's handling of user information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

When a user chooses to connect a Google account or YouTube channel to an Al Firdaws Media service, we request only the permissions needed for the features being used, and we access data only within the scopes authorized by the user through Google OAuth.

Depending on the service and permissions granted, processed data may include account or channel identifiers, channel information, video and content metadata, publishing and scheduling information, video status, and statistics made available through YouTube API Services to the authorized user.

We use this data only to provide the features and services requested by the user, such as connecting channels, carrying out authorized channel operations, publishing and scheduling, performance monitoring, content management, channel support and related service functionality.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for purposes unrelated to the service authorized by the user.

4. Channel Management, MCN and Content ID Data

When providing channel management, MCN, rights-management or Content ID services, we may process channel and content information, ownership or authorization information, and data necessary to manage rights, claims, usage monitoring and operations, within the scope of the agreed service and the policies of the relevant platforms.

References to MCN, rights-management or Content ID services do not mean that those functions are performed through the YouTube Data API in every case. Some such services may be provided under separate agreements, tools or permissions where available and authorized.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and manage services, communicate with clients and partners, operate systems, protect accounts, prevent misuse, resolve technical issues, improve services and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

6. Contact Form Messages

Messages submitted through our contact form are stored in the website database so our team can review and respond to them. We may also use internal notification methods to alert our team to new messages.

7. Data Sharing

Al Firdaws Media does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure or technical service providers where necessary to operate a service, protect systems, perform a function requested by the user or comply with a legal obligation.

We do not permit human access to Google user data except where necessary to provide user-requested support with appropriate consent, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated or anonymized so that it does not identify the user.

8. Storage and Retention

Authorization tokens may be retained for as long as necessary to operate features authorized by an active user, consistently with that user's consent and applicable law. Access to credentials and service configuration is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

For stored YouTube API Data, we follow YouTube API refresh and deletion requirements. In general, Authorized Data that is not covered by an applicable permitted retention category is deleted or refreshed within no more than 30 calendar days, and we periodically verify that authorization and stored data remain current. Non-Authorized Data that is temporarily stored is not retained for more than 30 calendar days.

We retain other personal information only for a reasonable period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and then delete or anonymize it when there is no longer a legitimate need to retain it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration, including separating operational secrets and configuration from public website code and restricting access to them.

10. Cookies and Sessions

The website may use essential cookies and session technologies required for security, language preferences, administration and normal website functionality. If we later introduce non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, this Policy will be updated and appropriate consent choices will be implemented where required.

11. Revoking Access and Data Requests

Users can disconnect a YouTube channel from Al Firdaws Media where that feature is available, and can also revoke Al Firdaws Media access directly through the Google Account security permissions page. When consent is revoked through our in-platform disconnect mechanism, we revoke the authorization token with Google immediately and take steps to delete Authorized Data accessed or stored under that consent as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.

If access is revoked directly through Google's security settings, we delete API Data associated with the user after we detect the revocation or can no longer refresh authorization, as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. Users may also contact us at info@alfirdawsmedia.com to request deletion of stored data related to them, and we process such deletion requests as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. Deleting data stored by Al Firdaws Media does not automatically delete data or content stored by YouTube; to delete content from YouTube, the user must use YouTube or an authorized deletion feature supported by our platform.

12. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Some of our services rely on third-party platforms or service providers such as Google and YouTube. Use of those services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers. Reference to a platform does not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, legal requirements or technology evolve. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
