1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Al Firdaws Media website or any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, and the terms and policies of relevant third-party platforms used in connection with the service.

2. Our Services

Al Firdaws Media provides an integrated range of digital media services including channel management and development, MCN services, rights management and Content ID, media production, professional audio production, publishing and digital distribution, branding and creative design, analytics and growth strategy, and technology-enabled services related to content and channel operations.

Certain commercial services may be governed by a separate proposal, agreement or contract defining scope, fees, duration and permissions. If a conflict arises regarding a specific service, the specific service agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

3. Authorization to Manage Accounts and Channels

Channel, account and content-management operations are carried out based on valid authorization or permissions from the account owner or a person legally authorized to manage it. The client represents that they have the authority required to request the services and grant the permissions needed to perform them.

4. Platform Policy Compliance

Al Firdaws Media services are provided in accordance with the applicable terms, policies and guidelines of relevant digital platforms, including content, security, intellectual-property, monetization, API and acceptable-use policies. Our services are not intended to bypass or circumvent the systems or restrictions of any platform.

5. MCN Services

MCN and channel-management services may include professional channel operations, performance monitoring, monetization support, channel development and related services within the agreed scope and the platform's applicable rules and systems. Available features and processes may vary according to channel status, eligibility and platform requirements.

6. Rights Management and Content ID

Al Firdaws Media provides rights-management and Content ID services for content protection, ownership management, claims handling and monitoring unauthorized use. These services may only be used for content for which the client holds the necessary rights or valid authorization to manage, and in accordance with platform eligibility requirements and policies.

Rights-management services must not be used to submit misleading claims or claims against content for which the client lacks the required rights or authority. Al Firdaws Media may refuse or stop any action that is inconsistent with documented rights or platform policies.

7. Google, YouTube and API Services

When a Google account or YouTube channel is connected to our services, operations are performed within the permissions granted by the user and through the methods made available by the platform's tools and APIs. Use of Google and YouTube APIs is subject to the applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies.

8. Content Responsibility and Intellectual Property

The client must have the right to use, manage, publish and distribute content supplied for a service, and the content must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights. We may request documentation or information establishing ownership or authorization where necessary to perform a service.

9. Monetization, Performance and Results

Al Firdaws Media provides professional management, development, analytics and monetization-support services; however, acceptance into or continued participation in monetization programs, platform policies and final platform decisions remain controlled by the platform itself. We do not guarantee a specific number of views, earnings, ranking position or commercial result.

10. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

Our website and services must be used for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, disrupt services, submit malicious software or content, impersonate others, provide misleading ownership information, misuse publishing or rights-management tools, or use our services in violation of law or applicable platform policies.

11. Al Firdaws Media Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Al Firdaws Media branding, website design, software, text, graphics and original materials owned or produced by Al Firdaws Media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some services may depend on Google, YouTube or other platforms and service providers. Those services are also subject to the providers' own terms and policies, and provider changes may affect available functionality or features. Reference to a platform name or trademark does not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

13. Service Availability and Maintenance

We work to provide stable and reliable services, but maintenance, updates, outages or third-party provider changes may occur. We therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

14. Suspension or Termination

Al Firdaws Media may suspend, refuse or terminate a service where necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law or platform policies, protect intellectual-property rights, or enforce the terms of the applicable service agreement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Al Firdaws Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, or for decisions, changes or actions taken by external platforms or providers outside our control.
